Goat's Milk Soap is naturally high in vitamins (including nourishing vitamin E), minerals, and healthy fats, and has numerous skin benefits, including exceptional moisturizing properties, absorption capacity, and exfoliating power.

All Soaps Are/Have:

• Goat's Milk, Colloidal Oats, Kaolin Clay, Aloe Vera, and Cornsilk. 
• Scented with Essential Oils and/or Fragrance infused with essential oils. Fragrances are: "Clean" scents (toxin and Phthalate-free)
• Bars are approx. 4-4.5 oz. each.
• Made specifically to be moisturizing and gentle, with a creamy and silky lather. Great for dry or sensitive skin.
• Made with oils and butters such as: Shea Butter, Organic Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Sustainable RSPO-Certified Palm Oil, Castor Oil.
• Colored with natural colorants, clays, and/or skin-safe micas (the same that is used in your eyeshadows).
• FREE of chemicals, detergents, surfactants, or unrecognizable ingredients - like those found in commercially-made bars, or store-bought body washes and shower gels.

FUN FACTS:

🧼 Real handmade soap is made with natural butters and oils. Store-bought soap bars are most often made with chemical detergents and harsh surfectants that strip and dry your skin. 

Although real soap is made with Sodium Hydroxide (aka lye), there is no lye left in the finished soap! 

The saponification process that takes place once you mix lye and oils, turns the oils into soap... real, natural, soap - with ingredients you know and can pronounce. These nourishing bars are actually good for your skin, and the environment.

🧼 Homemade soap has been around for centuries, and is thought to be discovered when fats from hunted animals and ashes (aka lye) from the fires they were cooked in, mixed with natural bodies of water. This reaction of fats/lye/water caused the surface of the water to create bubbly water, aka soap! 

🧼 At Amber Bath Co., our combination of oils and butters makes for a well-rounded soap (in our opinion and experience), that is hard and long lasting but emphasizes the creamy, conditioning, nourishing aspects of a good bar.
