Directions
Add 1/4 cup of bath salts to warm running bath water.
Our salts made with Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt and Magnesium oil that can help promote deeper relaxation, reduce tense muscles, or achy joints, and nourish skin. Magnesium sulfate, or Epsom salt, can promote healing and inflammation.
